How To Add Custom Coin/Token On Coinosh
Updated over a week ago

To add a custom coin/token on Coinosh, you can follow these steps:

  1. Launch Coinosh: Open the Coinosh application on your device.

  2. Access the Wallet: If you already have a wallet set up, navigate to the main screen where your wallet balances are displayed. If you don't have a wallet yet, you have to create one.

See: How To Create Wallet On Coinosh

  3. Tap on filter icon above the wallet list, and click the "+" Symbol.

  4. Select Blockchain": Select the blockchain of your custom token E.G Ethereum.

  5. Enter Token Details: You will be required to enter specific details about the custom coin/token you want to add. This typically includes the contract address. Ensure that you have accurate information for the custom token you want to add.

  6. Confirm and Add: Review the details you have entered for the custom token and double-check for accuracy. If everything is correct, confirm the addition of the custom token to your Coinosh Wallet.

  7. Token Display: Once added, the custom coin/token should appear in your Coinosh Wallet alongside your other supported tokens. You will be able to view the token balance and perform transactions with it as needed.

Note: Coinosh Wallet supports a wide range of tokens, but not all tokens may be supported.

Ensure that the custom token you want to add follows standard token standards and is on any of the supported blockchains. If the token is not compatible or not recognized by Coinosh Wallet, you may not be able to add it directly.

It's also important to note that Coinosh Wallet is a decentralized wallet, and the addition of custom coins/tokens relies on your own due diligence to verify the legitimacy and security of the token you want to add.
