What Does The Triangle Alert Icon On A Coin Mean?
Updated over a week ago

The triangle alert icon on a coin indicates that the Coinosh app encountered synchronisation issues with the corresponding blockchain.

If the icon appears on Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dash, or Zcash coins, you can try clicking on the alert icon and using the available action buttons to retry the synchronisation or change the synchronisation source. If the sync error persists, you may consider deleting the wallet and restoring it from scratch.

For Ethereum (including ERC20 tokens) and Binance Smart Chain (including BEP20 tokens), the alert icon suggests communication errors with the data providers for these blockchains. In such cases, you can try waiting for a few minutes and then retrying the sync. If the issue persists, you can try closing and reopening the Coinosh app.

It's important to note that a synchronisation error does not impact the funds stored in your wallet balance. It simply means that the Coinosh app is having difficulties syncing with the blockchain.
